1. Fixed flags (ie. messages) for parry, block, critical on attacks and skills. This will not affect damage at all. The server was calculating and reporting the damage properly the entire time, just sending the wrong flag to the client.
2. Fixed stigma unequip issue that the last update was supposed to fix.
3. Updated abnormal resist cap so that skills like Ultimate Defense will give you 100% immunity instead of 10%.
4. Small fix to prevent teleport items being used in jail.
5. Fixed skills that cause yourself to be blind, stunned, silenced, etc upon use.
6. Temporary fix for mobs that give 0xp to still drop quest items (the shoe box for example).
