2. Added missing Obelisk and flight transporter to Altgard Observatory.
3. Inferno sword changed back to level 32.
4. Fixed Aether Labs exit so it doesn't toss you to your death.
5. Added some possible fixes to prevent the rift engine from dying.
6. Fixed the check order for stigmas so that if you attempt to equip one outside of your level range it will NOT consume stigma shards.
7. Added a check to prevent remodeling your armor to race restricted gear.
