1. Fixed flags (ie. messages) for parry, block, critical on attacks and skills. This will not affect damage at all. The server was calculating and reporting the damage properly the entire time, just sending the wrong flag to the client.

3. Updated abnormal resist cap so that skills like Ultimate Defense will give you 100% immunity instead of 10%.
