1. Added a cap to elemental damage reduction based on retail data.
2. Fixed it so skills such as Focused Evasion work vs boss skills. Ordering problem was preventing the check from happening.

1. Non-retail-like change: Silentera access is no longer based on fort control. Rather, the teleport stones in Silentera are (meaning you need control of your 2.0 forts to teleport to enemy territory and your own territory with them). Some guards near Beshmundir's Walk have been removed. Kisking is now allowed in Silentera (but summoning of group members still isn't).
2. Reduced magic boost on all mobs by about 20% or so. Was far too much with our current formulas.
3. Adjusted stats on many bosses in Beshmundir to more accurately match the damage they deal on retail. This st ... Читать дальше »
