1. Adjusted drops/skills for Commander Bakarma, Menotios, Queen Alukina, all fire temple bosses (Kromede has her new 1.9 drops), and many, many others. I'll continue updating drops and whatnot as we keep adding npc skills.
2. Adjusted magic boost gain for NPCs as well as their skill damage formulas to scale a bit better. This should fix lower level mobs doing 1k+ damage.
3. Small AI fix. This will resolve issues such as guards being led away from their spawns and not returning.
4. Correctly saving DP on logout now. Had a typo in the time check.
5. Small update to all teleporter guards so they have the same skills. Fair for both sides.
