1. Fixed teleporters in Steel Rake. Pretty sure I got all of them.
2. Added Ground and Fly restrictions to certain skills.
3. Fixed a few things with the Dredgion quests that were added in the last update.
4. Updated re-entry timers for almost all instances to match retail.
5. Fixed pvp duration for certain skills. Should also resolve ranger's sleep arrow being too short.
6. Readded global loot announcement for fabled items and higher. Was disabled for debugging purposes and then accidentally forgotten.
7. Instanced the rest of the Abyss fort dungeons.
8. Added additional block bonus for enchanting a shield above +10.
