1. Added many flight paths, updated prices for many more.
2. Fixed skills that rely on stance changes such as Shield Defense, Barricade of Steel, and Shield Wall Defense.
3. Updated all spirits by adding in dummy templates for them beyond level 50.
4. Updated stats for earth, fire, magma, and tempest spirits from 1.9 info. Water and wind will be redone when I get more info on them. This also overrides any dummy template used for earth, fire, magma, and tempest from #3.
5. Modified the movement checks to reduce the rubberbanding issue that a handful of people experienced.
6. Fixed a bug with armor enchants to properly give hp and critical defense per enchant.
